Garrett is searching for the queen

You have to be careful when moving the honey combs to make sure you don't squish any bees

Looking through the plexiglass window, you can see the bees busy making comb and honey

Garrett works hard on his apiary to make sure that the bees have plenty of food and water so they are able to pollinate our crops and produce enough honey to share.

The location of the hive is important to make sure it doesn't get to warm or too cold and that the bees have plenty of access to flowers and water

Garrett has a top bar hive, which allows for greater ability to monitor the bees
